As far as the cardio goes I try and increase my distance and speed almost every week. Once weekly I work on increased speed by making my interval runs faster. I also increase distance on my endurance runs as often as I can. Sometimes I increase the speed of my endurance runs too! I would also do more weight training, all that cardio seems to be useless if you're not increasing distances/speed, <br /> Also, I prefer to start my day with oats and vitamins/fish oils; great source of fiber, and it keeps you full longer.
