New Blog!

Hey Everyone!

I'm here to start blogging about my new journey to do an Ironman. After watching the 2010 Detroit Marathon I remembered how much i enjoyed competing in Triathlon (which i had given up to lift weights) and decided that Triathlon and running was really what I wanted to do. So basically this blog is going to cover all I learn and have learned in the past about Triathlon and will hopefully help me organize my thoughts as I find out what it takes to run an ironman (which was the goal of mine back when I did triathlon 2 years ago).   1. Hey man, this is a pretty admirable goal. Stick with it and you won't be disappointed. With dedication and hardass work you can do pretty much anything.

  2. Really looking forward to following this, I'd love to go through something similar, even though ironman might be a bit too extreme. My goal would be to perform the swedish classic, where you in one year perform 4 classic swedish racing disciplines (at set times): running, swimming, cross country skiing and cycling.
